Achieving New Change Through Hope, Opportunity, and Resilience.
Housing, re-entry, and support services for individuals rebuilding their lives.
Everyone Deserves a Second Chance
At A.N.C.H.O.R. Transformation Services, we believe that a person's past should never determine their future.
Every day, individuals are released from incarceration, complete treatment programs, or face difficult life circumstances with nowhere to go and no one willing to give them another opportunity. Too often, they are judged by their mistakes instead of their potential.
“Everyone deserves a safe place to rebuild, an opportunity to grow, and someone who believes in their future.”
The first step is understanding what support is available. A.N.C.H.O.R. provides structured housing, sober living, re-entry, and practical support designed to help individuals build stability, accountability, and a pathway toward independence.
A stable place to live while residents work toward greater independence.

Each program is designed around the needs of the people we serve while maintaining the structure, dignity, and accountability that anchor our work.

“Everyone deserves a safe place to rebuild, an opportunity to grow, and someone who believes in their future.”
Our mission is to provide housing, guidance, accountability, and supportive services that help individuals regain stability, restore confidence, and become productive members of their communities. We do not simply provide a place to stay; we provide a foundation for lasting transformation.
A.N.C.H.O.R. Transformation Services was created after recognizing a growing need within our communities. Too many people who genuinely want to change are denied housing because of their past.
Whether someone has experienced incarceration, homelessness, addiction, or personal hardship, finding safe housing often becomes one of the greatest barriers to rebuilding a productive life. Without stable housing, it becomes nearly impossible to secure employment, reconnect with family, maintain recovery, or achieve long-term success.
A.N.C.H.O.R. exists to break that cycle. We provide individuals with the stability, structure, and support they need to move forward with dignity and purpose.
We believe every person has value. Every life has purpose. Every setback can become a comeback. Accountability and compassion can exist together. Stable housing changes lives. Communities become stronger when people are given opportunities instead of labels.
Our purpose is to help individuals overcome barriers that prevent them from living stable, productive, and independent lives. We strive to create environments where people can heal, grow, and move forward while receiving the support and accountability necessary to achieve long-term success.
We proudly serve returning citizens after incarceration, individuals seeking sober living, men and women transitioning from homelessness, veterans, individuals recovering from substance use, survivors of domestic violence, people rebuilding after major life transitions, and those referred by hospitals, treatment centers, probation officers, courts, and community organizations.
Every individual who enters one of our programs receives more than housing. They receive safe, stable housing, individualized support, referrals for case management, employment resources, life skills development, recovery support, meaningful community connections, and goal planning with accountability because transformation happens when people have both opportunity and support.
Our vision extends beyond housing. We envision communities where every individual has access to safe housing, meaningful opportunities, and supportive relationships regardless of their past. We hope to expand throughout Florida and eventually across the nation, creating places where transformation is possible and hope is restored every single day.
“We see the person, not the past.”
At A.N.C.H.O.R. Transformation Services, we are committed to helping individuals rebuild their lives with dignity, hope, and purpose by providing second chances, safe places to heal, people who believe in them, and opportunities to succeed.

A safe place to begin again.
Sometimes, the biggest barrier to rebuilding a life is simply having a safe place to call home. Our Transitional Housing Program provides stable housing while individuals work toward independence. Residents receive a structured environment that encourages personal growth, accountability, and self-sufficiency.
Recovery happens best in community.
Recovery is about more than remaining sober. It is about rebuilding relationships, restoring confidence, and creating healthy routines. Our Sober Living Program provides a supportive environment where individuals can continue their recovery journey while working toward independence.
Rebuilding lives after incarceration.
Returning home after incarceration can be overwhelming. Finding housing, employment, transportation, and community support often becomes a significant challenge. A.N.C.H.O.R. exists to help remove those barriers.
Successful re-entry requires more than determination. It requires opportunity. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to become a productive member of their community.
